OSRAM puts its efforts into increasing road safety not only with its products, but also with such important campaigns as the annual Light Test of the German Association for Motor Trades and Repair (Zentralverband Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe, ZdK). As the ZdK’s official light partner, OSRAM also makes an important contribution to the safety of drivers in Germany during the Light Test 2008. At the beginning of the light season in the fall, this year already marks the 52nd time the Light Test will take place, from October 1 through 31, 2008, offering drivers the opportunity to have their light system inspected free of charge at some 40,000 qualified workshops throughout Germany.
