Each single package of lamps from the HMI Director Series range contains a points collection card and a certain number of points – depending of the type of lamp that was purchased. Each card is worth a certain number of points (see information below). As soon as enough points were collected the they can be redeemed for the respective gifts with the participation form that is attached to every points collection card. There are five gifts to choose from. Please note that awards can only be sent to company addresses.

The HMI Director Series reward program begins on May 1st, 2012, and is scheduled to continue until October 31th, 2012.

Promotion period: May 1, 2012 to October 31, 2012. Participation forms and points can be submitted until October 31, 2012 (date of postmark). Only individuals aged 18 and older are eligible to participate. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
Shipment to private individuals is not possible, only company addresses with a company stamp, where applicable, will be accepted. The gifts shall be shipped only to persons who have submitted a properly completed participation form and sufficient points. The following persons may not take part: employees of OSRAM AG, its affiliates and subsidiaries, participating partner companies and agencies commissioned by OSRAM AG, as well as relatives of those entities. Only original OSRAM participation forms and points will be accepted. No cash alternative is available. Only the gifts identified by OSRAM will be awarded unless a gift becomes unavailable for any reason, in which instance OSRAM, in its sole discretion, may substitute a gift of equal value. OSRAM makes no warranties, express or implied, with regard to the merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose regarding any gifts.
Letters without postage or with insufficient postage, as well as letters sent after October 31, 2012 (date of postmark), and letters with an insufficient number of points or participation forms without signature will not be accepted. Gifts may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability is the sole responsibility of the participant.
Payment of any taxes due on the prizes must be made by the participant in accordance with the current tax regulations. Winners may be required to sign an agreement and release confirming their compliance with the Official Rules prior to receiving a reward.
OSRAM will only use contact details for the purpose of sending gifts. Contact details will not be passed on to third parties, except to other members of OSRAM AG in connection with the Program, and will not be stored after the end of the reward program. Gift recipients waive the right to bring legal claims and will indemnify OSRAM AG and its affiliates for any third party claims arising out of participation in the reward program or in connection with the receipt or use of any gift.
