SIRIUS HRI - Verify the authenticity of your product

To confirm the authenticity of your SIRIUS HRI lamp purchase, follow these steps to enter the unique 11-digit lamp code which comes in 2 different formats.

Locate the lamp code on your product. It can be found in either of the following locations:

a) On the label situated on the lamp reflector. Format: XXXXXXXX XXX

b) Laser-etched onto the lamp base. Format: XXXX XXXX XXX

Regardless of the format, ensure that you enter all 11 digits of the lamp code into the designated text field below. Do not include any spaces while entering the code.

Please note that only production codes of lamps manufactured after October 2016 can be verified.
