Guarantee process for bicycle lights
Like all OSRAM products our bicycle lights are carefully checked high quality products. Therefore OSRAM offers a 2 years guarantee.
The guarantee comes with the following products:
- LEDsBIKE RACE 50 SET
- LEDsBIKE RACE 80 SET
- LEDsBIKE RACE 100 SET
Here's how the guarantee works:
LEDsBIKE bicycle lights that fail to work properly as a result of a product defect during the several years period are covered by the OSRAM guarantee. Please note: The guarantee applies only to countries with customer service addresses.
To receive a replacement, please fill out the form for quality claims below. In individual cases you receive a similar product or a credit note of the purchase price. Your statutory rights to defective goods remain unaffected. Submit the complaint and you will be contacted soon.
