One extra year of guarantee can be secured, if the NIGHT BREAKER LED START lamps are purchased at and installed by a professional workshop.
OSRAM offers a 4-year guarantee for NIGHT BREAKER LED lamps, beginning at their purchase date.
One extra year of guarantee can be secured, if the NIGHT BREAKER LED lamps are purchased at and installed by a professional workshop.
OSRAM offers a 5-year guarantee for NIGHT BREAKER LED SMART / NIGHT BREAKER LED SPEED lamps, beginning at their purchase date.
One extra year of guarantee can be secured, if the NIGHT BREAKER LED SMART / NIGHT BREAKER LED SPEED lamps are purchased at and installed by a professional workshop.
Here's how the guarantee works:
NIGHT BREAKER LED lamps that fail to work properly as a result of a product defect in non-commercial applications during the several years period are covered by the OSRAM guarantee.
What to do when the lamp fails?
To receive a replacement, please fill out the form for quality claims below. In individual cases you receive a similar product or a credit note of the purchase price. Your statutory rights to defective goods remain unaffected.
