Guarantee process for ULTRA LIFE and XENARC ULTRA LIFE lamps

Like all OSRAM products our ULTRA LIFE and XENARC ULTRA LIFE lamps are carefully checked high quality products. Therefore OSRAM offers a manufacturer‘s guarantee.

XENARC ULTRA LIFE lamps provide a unique 10-year guarantee for end consumers.

Halogen ULTRA LIFE lamps offer four years for non-commercial usage.

Lamps do not need to be registered online to benefit from the guarantee. Simply keep your receipt and hand it in if you want to redeem your product guarantee.
All ULTRA LIFE and XENARC ULTRA LIFE headlamps are eligible for the guarantee, starting with the purchase date. Please see a list of countries that offer guarantee below.

Here's how the guarantee works

OSRAM ULTRA LIFE and XENARC ULTRA LIFE headlamps that fail to work properly as a result of a product defect in non-commercial applications during the several years period are covered by the OSRAM guarantee. Please note: The guarantee applies only to countries with customer service addresses.

To receive a replacement, please fill out the form for quality claims below. In individual cases you receive a similar product or a credit note of the purchase price. Your statutory rights to defective goods remain unaffected.
